- Saturday Java Academy
The goal of Academy is that students learn enough about Java to understand what a programming language
is and to know enough to continue to use it to build applets for their web pages.
- LecCorder - Lecture Recorder
LecCorder is an integrated set of utilities for automated capture, storage, indexing and retrieval of
classes, lectures, and seminars. The system allows fast and easy Web publication of classes to the Internet or
to Intranets

JavaGrande
The Java Grande Forum is united in the goal of making Java the grande (or greatest) programming language ever
to support high-end computing.
Computational Science for Information Applications (Internics)
This is the fourth offering of distance learning courses by NPAC at Syracuse University and given at Jackson State
University by the Computer Science Department. This semester's course is also being offered on a broader basis to
other distance sites
Interactive Web Technologies
IWT group is currently involved in the exploration of several leading edge emergent Web / Commodity
standards, with the current focus on CORBA, Java, COM, WOM, and the Modeling and Simulation standards
such as HLA/RTI .
TANGO-Interactive
TANGO Interactive™ is a Java-based Web collaboratory system. The goal is to develop a collaborative software
infrastructure and Web object integration framework to better utilize the Internet for cooperative work.
