Syracuse University Center for Hypersonics
Summary
The Syracuse University Center for Hypersonics conducts programs
designed to produce a new generation of engineers who have expertise
in hypersonics research and development. The Center has major funding
from NASA, which supports education and research in three main areas:
- fluid dynamics
- high-temperature composite materials
- high-performance computing.
The Syracuse Univesity Center for Hypersonics is a collaborative project
by the Department of Mechanical, Aerospace and Manufacturing Engineering
and the Northeast Parallel Architectures Center at Syracuse University.
